Herbalife opens in Vietnam and Paraguay.

HFF raises money for wildfire, earthquake, typhoon and tsunami relief efforts in Australia, Italy, Taiwan, the Philippines and Indonesia.

Seven HFF Casa Herbalife programs launch around the world.

Herbalife opens the Herbalife Innovation and Manufacturing (H.I.M.) facility in Southern California, allowing for better control of global product development and supply chain.

Formula 1 Express Healthy Meal Bar launches in Europe.

Soft Green skincare line launches in Brazil.


2008
Herbalife opens in Romania, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Ecuador.

Herbalife sponsors several athletes, including the Chinese National Cycling Team, IndyCar racer Townsend Bell, the American Youth Soccer Organization and Hungarian sprint conoeist, Attila Vajda.

Nine Herbalife Family Foundation's Casa Herbalife programs launch around the world.

Two clinical studies, conducted at UCLA* and the University of Ulm, Germany, are completed, showing the effectiveness of U.S. and European Formula 1.

Launch of Herbal Aloe Powder and Active Fiber Complex.

Herbalife worldwide corporate headquarters moves to L.A. Live, in downtown Los Angeles, CA.

2007
Herbalife opens in El Salvador and Zambia.

Herbalife becomes Presenting Sponsor of the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team and is featured on the team jerseys; the jersey becomes a global best-seller for 2007.

Herbalife sponsors volleyball gold medalist and world record holder Karch Kiraly (U.S.).

Herbalife sponsors the Finnish National Ice Hockey Teams and is featured on the team jersey.

Herbalife awards a research grant to the University of Mississippi, School of Pharmacy, to study botanicals for use in dietary supplements and skincare products.

Nine Herbalife Family Foundation's Casa Herbalife programs launch around the world.

Soft Green personal care products launch in Brazil.

Launch of H30® Fitness Drink and Herbalife Kids ®. Formula 1.

Herbalife opens in Peru, Malaysia and Costa Rica.

The Medical Advisory Board is renamed Nutrition Advisory Board and broadens to include renowned physicians and health experts from around the world.

14 Herbalife Family Foundation's Casa Herbalife programs launch around the world.

Herbalife Sponsors beach volleyball athletes, Elaine Youngs (U.S.) and Miwa Asao (Japan), and triathlete Olly Freeman (U.K.).

Extravaganzas take place in Chile, Thailand, United States, Greece, Mexico and Brazil.

Herbalife opens in Hungary; China launches under a new business model.

Herbalife Family Foundation donates to tsunami disaster relief programs. Donations from employees and Independent Members reach over $500,000.

Mark Hughes Day, the annual celebration of Mark's life and legacy, moves to February 1st.

Herbalife opens in Estonia, Singapore and Lithuania.

Michael O. Johnson joins Herbalife as CEO.

Dr. Lou Ignarro, Nobel* Laureate, becomes a member of Herbalife's Medical Advisory Board.

David Heber, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.N., is appointed chairman of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Boards.

Niteworks® launches in the United States (with over $4 million in sales in first 2 weeks).

Launch of Snack Defense®.

Herbalife opens in Cyprus, Panama and Ireland.

May 21 — The untimely death and tragic loss of beloved founder and visionary Mark Hughes, 1956—2000.
