Herbalife has been recognized for its excellence in various fields around the world.
2014 Product of the Year AwardHerbalife Russia received the "Product of the Year" award for its Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix in the category of "Efficient Weight Management Nutrition." The annual award, sponsored by the Russian Chamber of Commerce and the Moscow International Business Association (MIBA), recognizes the most popular consumer goods products in Russia.
2014 Athletic Russia AwardHerbalife Russia received the national Athletic Russia Award in the category of ‘Best Intra-Enterprise Project in Sports and Healthy Lifestyle’ for its TEAM Herbalife program in 2014. The annual award recognizes businesses and organizations that have achieved the best results in promotion and support of sports in Russia.
Choice of the Year 2013Herbalife Ukraine received the prestigious Choice of the Year 2013 medal in the Food Supplements category. The coveted award is chosen through a nationwide survey of Ukrainian consumers and it underscores Herbalife's leadership position in global nutrition.
2013 Healthy Nutrition AwardHerbalife Russia received the 2013 Healthy Nutrition award in the Functional Food for Urban Population category. This annual award recognizes leading companies in health and healthy nutrition education.
2013 Best Company of the Year Herbalife Russia received the Best Company of the Year award in the Socially Responsible Company category. The selection was based on an analytical study conducted by the Entrepreneurship Promotion Fund with data from the Federal Service of State Statistics, the Chartbook of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and rating agencies as well as the information provided by the participants.
2013 Corporate Social Responsibility Award
Herbalife Taiwan won the prestigious Corporate Social Responsibility Award, presented by Global Views magazine, in recognition of its long-term support and devotion to Taiwan baseball sports development and promotion. Global Views is one of the most popular monthly business magazines in Taiwan.
2012 Best Social Projects of RussiaHerbalife Russia’s corporate social responsibility initiatives – TEAM Herbalife and the Herbalife Family Foundation’s Casa Herbalife programs – received the “Best Social Projects of Russia” award in 2012. "Best Social Projects of Russia" is a national program established to support the aim of the Russian Government to improve social policy, based on partnership between the state, society and the private sector.
2013 SNQ National Quality Certification
Taiwan-based Institute for Biotechnology and Medicine Industry (IBMI) recently awarded its Symbol of National Quality (SNQ) certification to Herbalife, recognizing three products: Triple Berry Complex, Tang Kuei Plus and Niteworks® Powder Mix. With these three new additions, Herbalife has now received 17 SNQ certifications from IBMI in Taiwan, including Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix. This product quality and safety certification is issued after a strict review process.
2012 ISO 10002:2004 in Customer Satisfaction
Herbalife Taiwan is the first direct selling company in Asia to receive the ISO 10002:2004 certification in customer satisfaction. ISO 10002:2004 creates a customer-focused environment that receives feedback, resolves complaints and facilitates product and customer service improvements.
Best Brand of the ConsumerHerbalife in Korea was awarded ‘The Best Brand of the Consumer’ award in the 2011 health functional food industry category. This award was sponsored by JoongAng Daily, Korea’s top daily newspaper, and the Presidential Council on Nation Branding. Two thousand consumers were surveyed and group of experts in corporate brand management evaluated the candidates and selected the top companies.
Mexican Center for PhilanthropyWe received the 2010 ESR award in Mexico from CEMEFI (Mexican Center for Philanthropy) for being a socially responsible company. We implemented activities in five distinct areas – Environment, Ethics, Community Outreach, Responsible Consumption and Employee’s Life Quality – to ensure the sustainability of our mission through our values and a culture of social responsibility.
2010 Apple Award
Bill Frankos, Ph.D., senior vice president, global product science, safety and compliance received the 2010 Apple Award from the Council of Responsible Nutrition for his long-term dedication and contributions to the dietary supplement industry.
Herbalife is ranked 35 on this year’s InformationWeek 500 – a list of the top technology innovators in the United States. This is the first time the company has achieved placement in the top 10 percent of this list. Equally impressive is its number 3 ranking in the consumer goods category.
Seoul Social Welfare Contributor of the Year Award
Herbalife in Korea was awarded the Seoul Social Welfare Contributor of the Year Award from Seoul City officials at the 2010 Seoul Social Welfare Competition award presentation ceremony. Organized by the Seoul Council on Social Welfare, this annual award recognizes charitable work by organizations or individuals. Herbalife received the award for its work in a variety of community outreach activities for children, particularly the establishment of an Herbalife Family Foundation’s Casa Herbalife program at Sang Rok Won in 2007.
2010 Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility Award
We received the 2010 Community Service and Corporate Social Responsibility Award from Communitas Awards for the Herbalife Family Foundation’s Casa Herbalife program, which helps provide good nutrition to children in need. The Communitas Awards is an international effort to recognize exceptional businesses, organizations and individuals that are unselfishly giving of themselves and their resources, and those that are changing how they do business to benefit their communities.
2009 Supply Chain Distinction Awards
Two-time winners at the Supply Chain Distinction Awards 2009, including the coveted overall ‘Supply Chain of the Year’ award for our ‘breathing factory’ project based out of Venray, Netherlands. The Herbalife’s supply chain team demonstrated a particularly strong ability to place its customers’ needs at the heart of its operation.
